I keep seeing headlines about regenerative dentistry, growing back teeth, healing bone, that sort of thing, and I honestly can't tell what's real and available now versus what's still years away in a lab. So I'd really like a grounded overview of which regenerative treatments a patient can actually get today and what problems they realistically solve. How solid is the evidence behind them, and how much does the individual dentist's training and experience change the results? I'd also like to understand how they stack up against the conventional options I already know, what the limitations and safety considerations are, how much upkeep they need afterwards, and whether the extra cost is genuinely buying a better outcome or mostly novelty.
